2. What We Sell

We sell new and pre-owned medical equipment.
Each listing clearly states the condition of the item.

Used items are sold as-is. It is your responsibility to make sure the item is suitable for your needs. We do not guarantee that any item is certified for current medical or clinical use unless stated.

3. Shipping

  • We ship worldwide, on all item sizes.

 

  • Items under 20kg are shipped within 2–3 working days.

 

  • Items over 20kg can take up to 10 working days to ship.

 

  • Delivery times depend on your location and courier services.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You can return items within 10 working days if they have not been used or tampered with.

 

  • Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. If confirmed faulty, a full refund will be issued after return.

 

  • If returning for any other reason, return shipping is your responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the item.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by the use or misuse of any equipment sold.
It is your responsibility to ensure the item is installed, maintained, and used correctly.
All equipment should be inspected by a qualified professional before use, especially for any medical or diagnostic purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
