Our Testing & Quality Process
Our Testing & Quality Process
At Ultra Medical Equipment, every piece of medical equipment we stock goes through a strict inspection and testing process before it is made available for sale. Our goal is to ensure that the equipment we supply is clean, functional, and ready for use in appropriate settings.
Inspection & Initial Review
All incoming equipment is carefully inspected upon arrival. We check for visible damage, signs of wear, and confirm that all critical components are present.
Performance Testing
We perform basic function checks to confirm that each machine powers on, operates as intended, and completes its startup sequences or self-tests where applicable. In some cases, diagnostic tests are run depending on the device type and our internal capabilities.
Cleaning & Preparation
Every item is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for resale. This includes external cleaning and, when necessary, basic internal dust removal or surface sanitation.
Refurbishment (When Applicable)
If a device is refurbished, this means it has undergone additional servicing such as replacing worn components, calibrating internal systems, or updating firmware when applicable.
Our Legal Position
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the equipment we sell is in good working order, we are not liable for any misuse, improper installation, clinical use, or issues arising from the operation of used or refurbished medical devices.
All equipment should be reviewed and tested by qualified personnel before use in a clinical environment. Buyers are responsible for compliance with their local regulations, and for ensuring that any equipment purchased is suitable for its intended application.
